I get "Failed to load media" message whenever I try to upload an image or video in voyager... 🀷

I tried again in the first comment below.

I can see it, btw. I'm using Voyager on Android and see a spool of blue cable.

Thanks. Handy to know that I can just ignore that message. Although it means I can't see what I upload in voyager...
