I'm reading this that the label is saying that babies are extremely flammable and that the lighter should not be used around them lest the babies burst into flames, and those burning babies could become a hazard to the lighter user.
Do not use the flame from this to make the temp of the sun exceed 50°
Ah, I think it means to keep it away from children 😅 but you also shouldn't burn babies with them either.

It would be an inefficient use of fuel. Use the lighter to create a bonfire to roast the baby
when you can't burn the baby with the lighter
