How on earth do you specify the situations in which a tenant isn't entitled to the actual normal legal process to evict someone?
Is it merely the accusation that short circuits the normal legal procedures? Is it whether a cop who is normally the next best thing to a moron believes the accusation is credible or do we go through the actual legal process of proving guilt which actually takes longer than the eviction?
The accusation being sufficient would provide a get out of jail free card for literally every landlord.
The cop is a useless arbiter of fact. They are fundamentally unsuited to the task.
A criminal trial is unlikely to be short. The wheels of justice are slow.
The actual solution is to fully fund appropriate housing for those in crisis so that they don't ever land on random bob who is ill equipped to deal with it. You also want to sufficiently fund and staff whatever court handles evictions such that it doesn't take months to get on the docket. Neither is really incredibly hard or complicated they are just expensive. Other better countries don't have the degree of challenge just like they don't have classrooms full of kids full of bullet holes. We are stupid and your meme is stupid.
