If you drink 3+ cans a day* for some time, maybe..? I sometimes get a feeling like that, but I don't consume a lot of caffeine. I think it's mostly either tense muscles or cramps in the upper body, which probably affect gamers about as much as energy

I used to get them. I have a light build and used pre-workout and creatine to boost my productivity on a 12 hour shift in the bullshit factory.

If you mean the letters, they are just mirrored (the whole photo is mirrored). Even the Dawn soap in the back is perfectly legible, which isn't typical of AI generated images. Why it got flipped though... I have no idea.
