Home ownership is a public record.

"Blackrock" isn't gonna give you much info to work with, unless you want to burn down the houses they own. Unfortunately, lots of innocent people live in them, so that isn't a good answer there either.

It’s not investors. It’s that people create a corporation to own the property they own. To protect them from taxes and inheritance issues.

Edit: I only know this from a 4x4 app I use that details every plot of land owner. Lots and lots of shell companies to protect people’s assets.
