There's no way the Olympics can really happen. First, Trump will be refusing to issue visas to athletes from countries that fail to give him big cash donations. Then, ICE will end up detaining the best athletes from other countries just to make sure it's the American athletes who win.
What country would send its prized athletes here when they could end up detained and brutalized for months by ICE?

Trump’s executive order establishes a task force led by him and Vice President JD Vance to steer federal coordination for the Games. The task force will work with federal, state and local partners on security and transportation , according to the White House.
He's going to try another false flag assassination attempt or something along those lines.

Are we still doing that now? I dont see many people trying to come to the U.S. for the Olympics and risking arrest for not being American, being brown, having memes on their phone, being trans, etc...
At this point, it ain't worth it to come here if you aren't American. He'll, debatable if its worth it coming here as an American now.

Wow, Trump really thinks he'll still be capable of running a major event in 2028? He's clearly been dealing with age-related decline for a while now. There is no recovering once dementia sets in (at least, at this point in medical science.) Then with his distain for the scientific community and the diverse people who do the research, that doesn't bode well for finding a "cure" in the US anytime soon.
I have a feeling his participation is wishful thinking. I'll be shocked if he's still capable of running a bath unsupervised three years from now, let alone an entire Olympic event.
Nah, he just wants to be able to walk in on the girls gymnastics and swim teams while they're getting dressed.
