Electric Vehicles
Overview:
Electric Vehicles are a key part of our tomorrow and how we get there. If we can get all the fossil fuel vehicles off our roads, out of our seas and out of our skies, we'll have a much better environment. This community is where we discuss the various different vehicles and news stories regarding electric transportation.

Impressive for sure, but curious how this Guinness World Record is different from the 749 mile (1205 km) one Lucid set in June?
Edit: Looks like the Polestar record is for "longest journey travelled by an electric SUV on a single charge" while Lucid was for "longest journey by an electric car on a single charge".
It differs by 168 miles
It has a big battery, but it's also a very good efficiency. Compared to ordinary mixed driving in most EVs it's about 50-60% longer pr. kWh.
I love that it’s not just a brute-force solution, like the electric Suburban/Escalade is (they just have fuck-off huge batteries in an already fuck-off huge SUV)
