I haven't had a ton of luck finding shrooms lately, but this cute bolete stood out.

Location: Midwest USA.

Nah, I don't typically eat wild shrooms. Mostly just morels and COTW because those I can positively identify. I'd likely harvest and eat chanterelles, but I never find them.

Well boletes are another easy one to get into, if you follow the "no red pores or blue stains" rule you avoid all the poison/bitter ones.

This one is likely Leccinum insigne.
