Of course it is! Ever bake bread in it? That's what most of my dutch ovens get used for

Thank you! It was a steal too. Bought it from HomeSense/Winners/Marshall’s (I can’t remember which one now) for $70 CAD iirc because the price tag got removed and they didn’t know what it was or how much it was worth, so they just priced it like the one next to it (a Lodge I think). Then I got it discounted on top of that because it was “damaged” (just missing the handle, which I had intended on replacing anyway). Now I’ve got a beautiful Dutch oven with a cool lobster handle, and didn’t have to break the bank
