I guess the number of downloads, well we all are subscribed since some weeks ago, so not that fast I think, but it is a good number regardless.
Looks to be around 20k downloads so far

Sync for Reddit was Android only, I'd assume the same for this.
There was a semi-official (separate dev but with LJ's blessing) fork, but it died early in development, never even made it to the App Store
