I really like the wrist rest actually. What did you use for filling? Also did you need special needle and thread?

Thank you! It was my very first leather project.

For filling I used poly-pellets, they're little plastic pellets used for stuffing bean-bags and to add weight to stuffed animals. I didn't stuff it to the brim, but left some room so I could squish the rest to fit my wrists nicely.

There are specific leather needles that are a bit larger than normal needles to accommodate the thicker material and thread. I picked up a set at my local Michael's for like $5.

For the thread, I used this which is a waxed leather thread that I liked the color of.
