What do you mean? TEOWHYAOAAEAC is a common word, meaning the feeling you get on a rainy day in July.
If you swap the first and third letters of the red text, and the fifth and nineth, then, replace it with the text of page 131 of The Lord of the Rings: 50th Anniversary Edition (published in 2008), it provides evidence that Tom Bombadil is, in fact, older than Treebeard.
