Mexico is a member of the ICC, if they don't arrest Putin it will be in violation of the treaties and they should be put under sanctions.

If Mexico is just doing this to get him to show up and arrest him, I'll be sending my income taxes to Mexico going forward.
I doubt Putin will be stupid enough to go. He also seems a bit busy shitting his pants atm.

Putin won't go. There's a million ways in which this can go wrong for him
Indeed, I can't imagine his plane flying over half the world without incident, and I don't imagine Putin travelling like a criminal.
If he decided to do it, any country he flies over should really play him the Belarus trick of force-landing the plane and arrest him
@qevlarr @YourPrivatHater the opposite is also true. Although US is no part of the ICC, it would be a huuuuuuuge insult to the western world if he visits the US doorstep.
