I read this post as opportunistic, but I can also empathize that you probably feel the desparation for moderation more than I can feel it.
Yeah the need for more moderators has been an ongoing thing for months, and the past few days our workload has like quadrupled and now that everyone's pissed at us it's even worse.
I hope you find and appoint a few excellent new mods so that you and Ada can get that weight off of your shoulders.
We have a whole team at this point there's 5 people other than me and ada and it's still not enough. Worse still anything they do I'm accountable for so I have to vet them THROUGHLY

While I think you guys might be cool with that I feel I should still bring it up just in case that's a bit too "inflammatory" to be mod here hahaha

I'd like to be a mod
The amount of stuff I've reported since I scooted over here is a decent amount and I'd like to have the ability to stop the spread of.
Plus with my janky schedule it might help cover some thinner spots in schedules of other mods.
