By the time we get the 4 day work week workers will be exhibiting the ability to do the work of 4 people in 2 days. And they'll still hem and haw, because they'd rather under pay 4 people than to let 1 person know how much value they actually have.

A: Meetings.
LOL. Oh, oh, you just hit the Achilles heel of useless management, since they have no role if not for countless meetings!
Q: Why should organizations switch to a four-day workweek?
A: The bigger question is, why shouldn’t they?
Right? Why shouldn't they? Governments should mandate that companies instate a 4-hour work week for the same pay, unless they can prove that they can't.
Society should stop benefiting corporations and start valuing human beings.
