Have you tried filtering in with ublock? You might have to do it for every website but it's better than nothing

Google account settings page - the one listing 3rd party services - that page's '...' button has an option to disable allowing other websites to use Google authentication.

That is a per site thing and I doubt there is an option to disable it because it would genuinely break some google services.
