You mean Memes on lemmy.ml? They are rather image centered, as far as I have seen. I'm looking for videos.
Also: The "frontier of the Internet" feeling here on Lemmy is awesome. Everyone I've interacted with is nice. It's refreshing to share the Internet with "normal" people again. Hope it will stay like this for some time :)
I'm also new to this and I'm confused about something. On jerboa, when I click a link like the one you just posted, how can I subscribe to it? It seems to open it in-browser but within jerboa but there's no subscribe button or anything
I'm not sure either. The link i just posted wasn't supposed to be a link. It just converted it to a link by itself?!
Regarding Jeroba (where I'm writing from) I just remeber the community name, type it in search, navigate to it and subscribe to it from there.
Since subscribing and unsubscribing isn't a frequent action it's OK.
