Does that mean that Russian anti air is sufficiently exhausted for ukr to usebayraktar more widely again?

I also thought about that when i saw the boat video, they at least get more confident using them.

Yes, this seems to be the biggest news about the recent Bayraktar usage. It indicates that their AA is overstretched, either through depletion or through pressuring them to deploy it more spread out, leaving holes and thus opportunities for strikes like this.
