Almond milk has almost no protein, as odd as that is since almonds have a lot of protein themselves. Somewhere in the process it's lost. I don't like milk substitutes that reduce the positive parts of drinking milk.

Silk used to make an almond, cashew, and pea protein milk that hit all the markers; no lactose, almost all the protein, and way less sugar (something as a diabetic I was also looking for). Unfortunately, that one disappeared.

Now it's all Fairlife for me. No lactose, all the protein, and half the sugar of regular milk (not as low as some other options though). Good enough. And tasty!

I signed up for another account, this time on the sh.itjust.works instance. I signed up probably a couple weeks or maybe even months ago. I tried again to sign in and it's still looking for me to respond to a verification email. I've never received this email and have no way to proceed. I know this is not the exact spot for support on that other instance, but I can't find anywhere closer. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Yeah but if you ever get a cat on your couch for analysis all it tells you is meow. Tough cookie

Sometimes it's nice to see a room w/o clutter.

As easy as it is to set aside, if this is what these guys think and see in themselves, then what is wrong? Why don't they see it, at least eventually? Dismissing his statement is the easy part. And I don't mean to get anyone down about that either. Have at it. I'm just very curious how anyone, let alone many someones, could do such things and then believe they haven't done the thing opposite to what they are saying. And if it's delusion, sure, but why and how did it happen.
