I work a flat 40 with paid breaks. Canada too, but it's a union plant.
I've always been pretty careful by nature, even as a child. There's some close calls since I was outdoors a lot in the 90's hanging out in the forests and river valley, but nothing really bad happened. So I only have one standout story aside from boring scrapes and knocks from that time.
I made it to twelve years of age before I stepped on a log at a survival camp heading back from canoeing in a pond with a lady friend I met at camp. The log turned out to be hollow and full of bees suddenly very angry with me. Got about ~20 stings on the leg that went through the log since I was wearing shorts. A few up my shirt as I fled screaming profanity.
They were on me instantly, but didn't chase me very far thankfully. I don't react to stings much so it wasn't sore for very long. Or I don't remember the pain well because I was still swooning from getting my first smooch on said pond canoe ride....which might explain why I stepped on said log without looking too close. I'm sure there would've been bees around it. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
This is more intended for real time usage, but might work for you:

I watch Macaw45 play full fledged Japanese retro RPG games using Textractor it'd probably be good for books too.
I'm not really all that bothered. Unlike movies, new start ups for making games happen a lot. When the greedy giants topple, like a forest something grows in the new patch of sunlight.
Propaganda reconfirmation and the beginnings of the inevitable corporate AI mass indoctrination systems. The poisons of society and religion, now made that much more potent.
Or I'm being too negative. We'll see!
I've never noticed grape being default. Maybe it's regional? Restaurants here still have the carousels with a variety of jams if you order toast.
But yeah you're right. I think Raspberry is also top tier, and my own Evan's Cherry tree jam I make.
Maybe weird but since I worried about my old dryer I just partially filled a bathtub and added detergent. Agitated with a broom stick for awhile, then rinsed.
Air dried outside.
Dismay.
That's my baseline experience to some extent just existing here in this reality, and that it's briefly. Always felt like that.
My cat(s) managed to snap one of those thick slat blinds, but they're easy to glue back together at least.
Ah well, I take it as a compliment.
I'm not relaxing unil it's 1.5 million.
The winters still get wicked cold, it's just wildly unstable now in the most northern major city in Canada here. Getting rain in December still makes me blue screen even if that's just a thing that happens now for a few years in a row. Like how every summer the horizon is smokey now.
