I’ve seen a few drone videos to the Benny Hill tune… it’s rough.

Why these Russians aren’t fragging officers non-stop is beyond me.

Sounds like he made poor choices, got Nissan into financial troubles and somehow thinks he’s negotiating on even footing with the much larger and healthier manufacturer Honda.

The potential severity of this infection is underplayed a bit in the article, there was a young Australian man who ate a slug on a dare which left him disabled and eventually lead to complications which killed him.

Albendazole is widely available at least so good to know if I ever find slug tracks on a half eaten salad!

Temperatures during a fever can go high enough to damage cells and interferes with normal functions, it also interferes with viral, bacterial and fungal replication and other mechanics.

Not all chemistry ‘works better’ at higher temperatures with many proteins only functioning well within very narrow temperature ranges.

I can only explain the image portion, Koalas eat eucalyptus leaves but cannot recognise them as food when they are off the branch.

It is a joke but there's a hint of truth in there.

I'm definitely not struggling in life if that helps

Why does every single ADHD meme feel like a personal attack?

My question is less about the OS than it is the manufacturers paying to advertise on X. Buying from them is supporting X indirectly.

I’m guessing they mean the material comforts common in liberal countries which the majority of citizens enjoy

I did only a quick search really but couldn’t find if any major android phone manufacturers had stopped advertising on there?

My commits have my real name, because I do serious work, and no I won't be doxxing myself on this account.

I call out brigading

What kind of lazy gaslighting is this? You were part of the brigade. You have literally been participating in the kind of behaviour that Linus has correctly called out as unhelpful.

Please continue to think you're on the right side of this discussion when the guy you went out to bat for has stepped down as a maintainer and deleted his socials over this.

I will show you mine if you show me yours.

Not that number of commits has anything to do with calling out brigading which you still seem to be committed to.

Trump says Gaza should not be rebuilt by Palestinians, arguing neighbouring countries should build "domains" for their resettlement.

Didn't get much actual shopping done. This isn't a rare thing or anything, there's no custody or other limitations going on.

Got the discounted chinese take away boxes for lunch and the boy got a small bag of chips from the Italian takeaway as a snack before lunch.

Please no brigading, I'm only linking for context.

Criticising the OP for being spiteful by saying "Served them right!" in the post when lack of customers resulted in menu changes, which still failed to save the restaurant is hardly "excusing carnism" or being a "fake vegan" in my opinion.

"fake vegan" isn't in the rules anywhere either? Odd really.

Failing to celebrate the closure of a (formerly) vegan restaurant due to lack of customers hardly sounds like 'carnist rhetoric' (rule 5) to me but what do I know.
