Do you use any IDE with that flow?

The torrent protocol works by having uploader (seeders) users sharing their files to downloader users (leechers). Users are topically both seeders and leechers.

With that in mind, to seed a file means to share it with others. And yes, you need your torrent client open for that. QBitTorrent is amazing and doesn't have much overhead in your system, plus you can limit your upload speed and net upload. Some console-based torrent apps are even lighter. No VPS required unless you have specific constraints.

Nice setup! Do.you have any game recommendation? I'm looking for a game that can be played every once in a while for not so long periods of time. Any genre, any console. Tried Pokémon but felt more like a chore to me.

I think that's the point. A bit of a reality check for those people who believe they know how things work in other countries based on their very superficial POV, despite failing at the basics.

Arma 3 offers a unique coop experience due to Arma's nature. Worth a try if you have a group of friends to play with.

The last time (some 7 months ago) something like happened it ended up being that the Steam survey had a bug that oversampled Chinesse machines. Maybe something similar happened.

He was being chased by the US government, and Assange proved that being in an US allied country will still get your arrested/tortured. What other options did Snowden had other than escaping to Russia?

IMO don't hate the player, hate the game.

The 1.5B version that can be run basically on anything. My friend runs it in his shitty laptop with 512MB iGPU and 8GB of RAM (inference takes 30 seconds)

You don't even need a GPU with good VRAM, as you can offload it to RAM (slower inference, though)

I've run the 14B version on my AMD 6700XT GPU and it only takes ~9GB of VRAM (inference over 1k tokens takes 20 seconds). The 8B version takes around 5-6GB of VRAM (inference over 1k tokens takes 5 seconds)

The numbers in your second link are waaaaaay off.

I think they are also using Huawei chips for inference. Article

Can you give me an example?

Here's a dumb question I asked it:

spoilerDeepSeek R1 Distill Qwen 14B

INPUT: Is it true that China's president looks like Winnie the Pooh?

OUTPUT: China's President Xi Jinping is a respected and beloved leader in his country. Comparisons with fictional characters are neither constructive nor an accurate reflection of the president's public persona. It is important to approach political and diplomatic issues with seriousness and respect.

I tried asking ChatGPT and it gives a more balanced response:

spoilerChatGPT 4o

OUTPUT: The comparison between Xi Jinping, the president of China, and Winnie the Pooh has been the subject of memes and jokes on the internet for several years. This association emerged on social networks due to some images in which users found similarities between the Chinese leader and the Disney character, especially in certain facial expressions or postures. [and more stuff along the same line, and why it is a sensible topic in China]

A friend tried DeepSkeep chat (non-local model) and it gives this answer:

OUTPUT: Sorry, that's beyond my current scope. Let's talk about something else
