Hey, I'm using 0.49 and to enable this feature, I think you must check the 'show parent comment navigation buttons' box, under the look and feel settings menu.

I'm grateful for the work everyone has done to get back online. I've been around before the instance went down the first time and signed back up the second time, I'm not going anywhere.
