I was just making an abstract sci-fi joke based on how cold fusion has been presented like a Holy Grail in the past. Obviously a better source of energy isn't going to solve all our problems, no matter how good it is.

Maybe if it runs longer, we all get to jump to a better timeline. 😅

All I'm saying is that you should say what you mean then (as you did in this reply), and not what can very easily be used against you.

"Death to [geographical place]" shouldn't be said by anyone. However it's meant, it's way too easy for people to take literally, and it provides cover for the few that actually do mean literal harm. Maybe you mean "down with Israel," but even that can be taken the wrong way. (Much like saying "down with [monarch]" would historically be understood to mean that monarch should die as opposed to stepping down.)

Looks like it's all on Bluesky to me. Am I missing something?

Yeah, I had to drop my usual bagged salad. I already have seeds so I'll probably get around to trying microgreens like I've been meaning to.

How nostalgic. Haven't seen those in a while. They were thick (not flimsy) and solid quality when I knew people who worked at Western Glove Works, and when I used to hit their store in the Exchange District, but that was many years back. Just checked and I notice they seem to have another brand called "Jag" now on the WGW site. There are Google Reviews under the WGW name that mention Silver.

*edit - Actually I just remembered Jag isn't that new, I saw them in the store too. Those probably just didn't have my size.

Actually they fully allow the sale of explicit Nazi merch at Shopify. They just came up with a vaguely plausible excuse to get rid of Kanye's store specifically. The execs at Shopify are outspoken extreme right wingers. These are guys get along well with the Proud Boys (which is considered a terrorist group in Canada).
