Thanks! & Sorry for the late response, but I used Samsung photo magic erase to get rid of some people and tour boats, as well as add a "cut out" style filter. Then I used Pixlr to boost the reds and other color curves.

I was bored on the flight back from Prague and ran this picture I took through some filters. It's pretty vibe-ish. imgur link
