You're telling me my year old can of pumpkin pie filling isn't useful?

Oh HEAT. I went through that whole thing thinking hearing and that the ambient noise levels were above 100dB...

We're still the same society we were 500 years ago, just with technology.

Not to defend that shithole, but honestly, it's probably just to enforce IP based bans.

Impossible beef has a lower environmental impact compared to beef, using approximately 96% less land, 87% less water, and generating 89% fewer greenhouse gas emis

This comes from the company itself, so I don't know how accurate it is, but I'm curious as to what makes you say it's horrible for the environment? Raising livestock is one of the biggest environmental impactors we have.

Anything they don't like is communist. Same as it's always been. Via decades and decades of propaganda, it's an easy way to paint someone as an outsider.

I've been thinking for years now about the idea of opening up a "neighbourhood kitchen." I would prepare and provide all sorts of common ingredients, as well as cooking tools. People could come in and use what they want, maybe paying a membership fee plus used consumables. The most annoying parts of cooking are gathering the ingredients and cleaning up, these would be done for you.

Honestly, if you go that route I'd probably recommend using an LLM only for information and asking questions, but run commands yourself and actually read it's responses. If you don't understanding something, ask for elaboration. Otherwise, you risk too much automation, letting it set up configurations you don't have actual understanding of and making a spaghettified mess.

Hopefully this kind of post isn't too tired, but I figure it's my turn:

Finally decided to, after absolutely refusing to upgrade to 11, make the jump from Win10 to Linux! Been hopping around distros a bit and landed on EndeavourOS last night and I'm really enjoying it so far.

It's definitely tinkery and took me like 2 hours just to get my push to talk working in Discord (mostly due to my own lack of knowledge), but I love the level of control of everything you have (was on Pop!_OS before ~~🤮~~, edit: no hate, just wasn't for me!)

There's definitely never been a better time to switch and I'm very excited for when I inevitably brick my shit and come back here for help, so thanks in advance everyone! :)
