How about the Cotswolds for the weekend? Plenty of lovely villages, farm shops, hikes, pubs, independent shops... Plus Oxford and Blenheim Palace along the way.

Loco Roco and Loco Roco 2 had so much character, great games.
I went through MP3 players like hot cakes, they were great. What changed the game for me was my iPod Classic - a massive amount of storage compared to the stick players and it could play video and Peggle on the go!
The top-down one? Ooh that's a hit of nostalgia. I've been playing Reckless Racing 3 on Android recently which scratches a similar itch.
