Not a medical professional, but I'm pretty sure it's a terrible terrible idea. A lot of risk for a gag she can't spit out? Pretty sure nasal cavity was not meant to handle the force of the tongue tugging on it through the ballgag.
It's cool in a one off controlled scenario like this shoot. Don't do this at home.
