The vast majority of Americans are minimally educated, low-information worker drones. They poison themselves with reality TV, which constantly emphasizes strength over all. Conservative rhetoric sounds strong to them, and so they gravitate to the far right, even though they may know it's against their best interest.

Hence the agenda of the current American regime. Outlaw birth control. Eliminate public education. Health care will be too expensive for most workers.
