Does the coffee bother your gums? :o

Alt: Photo of young green cherry tomatoes on a tomato plant on a balcony. The photo mostly shows green tomato plant foliage. There are some yellow tomato flowers in the top left corner of the frame.

I had filled a pot with seedlings, so the nursery pots I found at the side of the road came in handy today. I split them into their own pots which I will give away to friends and family once they grow larger.

My goal is to grow marigolds from seed for the first time to enjoy their summer blooms and repel pests from my veggies.

My goal is to keep hot/cool air from seeping between floors. Is canned spray foam the way to go? Any recommendations? Pest resistance is a bonus.

Unfortunately we do have a water softener but for some reason, there's still buildup.

I've been seeing improvements with powdered bar keepers friend but it takes several passes and still comes back unfortunately.

What does the peroxide add? Whitening?

A common way to wash many dishes is a tub of soapy water to clean off food, a tub of diluted bleach water to disinfect, and a tub of water to rinse the dishes. It's used by wilderness guides around the world.

I used epoxy and so far it has held up!

My city invests a ton of money into cracking down on car theft and increasing punishments. They are not investing into bike lockers or even racks. It's usually a "too bad" even for thefts of high value bikes unlike cars.

EDIT: I ended up using epoxy. Thank you for the help.

If only my city treated bike theft like they treated car theft...

They've been surprisingly easy. These Yukon gold potatoes grow fast!

Where do you find citric acid? I've been using white vinegar in a jar in my dishwasher which gets rid of all water spots and cleans better with my hard water. However, I'd like to find a place to purchase citric acid crystals without relying on Amazon.

Thanks for the info, do you know what the fixes would be, short of replacing the tub?

Since I tried the liquid soft cleanser, will the powder be enough of an improvement to warrant purchasing?

These comments are too much 🤣

I've tried scrubbing it several times with bar keepers friend soft cleanser and although it improves, it never goes away completely and it always comes back.
