Laws are such that everyone breaks at least one every single day, which allows for elselective enforcement.

It's definitely this. Except the kids taking summer classes, which statistically probably have higher instances of cheating.
Reddit bought imgur though, didn't they? So that's part of their expenses.
I put a time management app on my phone for that. After 5 minutes, reddit was blocked for an hour. Max time on app, 30 minutes a day.
