I'm planning on keeping dullsters on lemmy. The other one is for the county I live in and will hopefully have users eventually. The goal is to make a non-political (dull) place for everyone to talk about things specific to the county. I have the instance running and a few people I know have done testing on it. I'm going to get some other static pages up with all the boilerplate rules. I also need to write community rules. I don't think the average user is ready to see the rest of the fediverse, but I do have an idea for yet another instance that could act as a bridge between the local one and the rest.

It took me a couple of days to get this one going. I was having dns problems of course. I have another standalone lemmy instance, but I'm considering going with a different platform as it's meant more as a local community thing.

You can always use it to take videos of things rotating.

This is the first time while scrolling all that I've come across a post from my own instance. I feel like We've made it.

I think I'm going to try to roll ours this year. Over the years it's gotten so lumpy that it's borderline dangerous to walk on.

At least you rememberd the heatshrink. I can't count how many times I forgot to put it on and had to redo everything.

How is your footfall when you're running? I try to run with a mid foot fall rather than heel toe. Takes some gerting used to. I wear doc Martens at work. I started getting hip pain ten years ago and they're what my doctor reccomended. Havent had any issues since then. He said you don't really want anything too squishy, but that is probably not the case for foot pain.

Yeah, it was pretty good. A mild and slightly sweet flavor. I'm not sure if I made it right. I just put some into a tea steeper.

No clue, my friend is an older Vietnamese guy. He said he got it at the asian market and just called it "herbal tea" and that it would wake me up more than coffee . It is some kind of green tea.

If it makes you feel any better they do sort out the valuable steel and aluminum. You can also reduce and reuse what you have. I often sell things online and most of the time I reuse cardboard boxes and bubble mailers. I just use the heating element on my kitchen vacuum sealer to melt the end back together.
