Is the exclamation mark command meant to trigger a link? It doesn't do anything for me. My "home" lemmy is lemm.ee if that makes a difference.
Granted, it's plausible that longtime lurkers have created accounts to post about this, since this is the first time that Reddit drama has affected them. But I've largely been avoiding Reddit since the blackout so I don't know.
