90s was Mandrake, early 2000s was all about Ubuntu.

Since then I've tried just about everything including BSDs. It's all pretty much the same thing, as long as you like the package manager and release schedule. I don't like snap or flatpak so avoid distros that use them a lot.

These days I mainly just use opensuse leap, although I love arch etc but it's just too much work for me now.

I only really need a terminal, firefox and emacs and I'm happy.

This is great, just before my free Spotify trial runs out too.

Thanks!

You beat my score! It got up to 33 in here last year. At my previous house I almost always managed to keep it around 20ish and had the thermostat set to 18 in the winter, so it was a bit of a fucking shock to the system.

Aubrey plaza, warrick Davies and Donald Glover are my favourite of your picks!

Miley would make a good Orion!

Oooh that would be great!

I'm sure no one would mind if he played someone else in a series, we are an open minded bunch. Plus, he's just brilliant.

I just checked and I've never seen anything she's been in. I will keep an eye out for her.

I know it's been done to death all over the internet but not here yet!

If you could choose any actor or actress to be in Star Trek who would you choose?

I recently saw that Nic Cage said he was a Trekkie and I'd absolutely love it if he played an insane alien villain of some sort for an episode or two. Get him in star trek legacy as a crazy ferenghi or something.

I was surprised because I don't really like family guy or any of the other stuff he's done, but the Orville is so brilliant.

I'm proud to serve with you all

As soon as people come in here they always ask why I've got the heating on. I've never got it on.

On the plus side my clothes dry quicker than ever before! I nearly got one of those weird air heating pod things to dry them before I moved in but they get crispy just on the clothes horse.

Especially when they're on whatever that green shit is!

It would have been awesome to see nurse chapel do a double handed punch to a Klingon face and their head just explodes.

I love this guy's TNG edits

I have watched every film and every episode of every series of Star Trek. It was glorious, the only thing I didn't really enjoy was the animated series.

I saw a lot of TNG when it was on TV when I was younger and always loved it so a few years back I decided to just watch everything trek available. There's so much, I can't quite believe I actually finished it all.

It's been a long road, now bring on Strange New Worlds!
