I believe you, and I know it can be especially difficult for people who are perceived as “masculine” to get support when they come forward about being assaulted. Many self-proclaimed feminists still uphold the patriarchy by embracing gender essentialism bullshit. All I can say is, people are imperfect, biases are tough to unlearn, and living up to our ideals is a constant battle against complacency. I still value those ideals (diversity, equity, and inclusion), and I’m sorry the so-called DEI committee at your university failed to embody them.
The aims of the tea party were bullshit, but you can’t argue with the effectiveness of their methods. The Democratic party needs to change direction, and the left can learn from how the tea party forced a change without being inauthentic political hacks.
So the DEI program wasn’t inclusive enough? Would the situation have been better without the DEI program? Just trying to understand the issue, typically DEI has the effect of increasing visibility but it sounds like you had the opposite experience.

The new buttons for commenting and voting take up a whole bunch of space at the bottom of each comment. I think it would be more compact and readable if those buttons move up to the top of the comment.
The comment button could move right next to the three dot menu (or comment could become an option in the three dot menu).
The vote buttons could be combined with the vote counters already displayed (i.e. click the upvote arrow or upvote count to upvote the comment).
