They usually mount these cat head trophies higher.

The aliens might make a documentary when they come visit the ruins someday.

I already pay for internet access. I think most people do. Use that money.

You know, I feel that sometimes too. Something that helps against it is a bit of hope.

When you need help and a stranger stops to help you, without being asked, and for no reward and not filming it for fake internet points. Reminds me that there are still good people in the world.

But they don't advertise, and assholes are very loud.

Maybe the assholes are a vocal minority? It's hard to tell online, and when it seems like the whole world is bad, people behave badly to fit in.

Sorry if I'm a bit philosophical, I woke up early today. I hope it helps if you want to get out of this funk. Maybe go somewhere where people volunteer? Get some soup at a soup kitchen, with a side of perspective.

If you don't want to snap out of it, maybe consider not being part of the loud asshole group instead?

Thanks for taking the time to get these, and respond. I guess people are very on edge with the current political climate, and are reacting emotionallly to things. Which is partly the reason for the political situation, IMHO.

Anyway, you mentioned differences between ethnicities in regards to immune systems, which doesn't necessarily lead to "people with African ancestry need fewer vaccines and less healthcare". Which seems to be the racists excuse.

All house doors/egress doors in Brazil require keys to unlock. BUT (and it's a big but) most houses here are made of bricks, with ceramic roofs.

It does make sense to have easy-to-escape houses when they are built of flammable materials with an accelerant for a roof.

What if the country in question decides to let them in, but without the proper documents, with the implicit goal of getting their labor for cheap? I think the principle of POSIWID applies here (the purpose of a system is what it does). In other words, the system is/was working as intended, and illegal immigration was desired.

Thank you. It seems it was clear enough for at least one other person.
