It's not exactly the same, but I've found that my tinnitus has improved significantly ever since I decided that "mild-moderate" hearing loss can and should be treated, despite not sounding like such a serious problem.

I'd probably pay the $50/year if it included an API key so I could read with any client I wanted to.
