I beleive this is where dbzer0 would come in... So basically, you are going to want a VPN first, which they are pretty easy to get and use and there are plenty of resources online, I would suggest going for a trusted one such as Proton VPN or Nord VPN. Then as for how to actually get movies/shows, you are going to want to install firefox (if you don't have it) and then add the 'ublock' extention to block popups and other nasty things. Then once you have that, you can check out the sites in our megathread, they are safe and trusted: https://rentry.co/megathread-movies-and-tv . Let me know if you need more help. :)
