Idle power is not usually that high unless you are talking about a multi socket server.
A gaming PC is usually less than 100W and an office PC is usually less than 25W at idle.

You have to access it from a US IP address to get the new name.
Put a carbon filter and HEPA filter in the enclosure with a fan to recirculate the air through it.
By allowing password login and using weak passwords or by reusing passwords that have been involved in a data breach somewhere.
Four of the standard 8 pin PCIe power connectors would work well.

They are all for torrenting. They just don't want you running anything that uses a lot of CPU power like transcoding videos.
Use it for a firewall / router, but don't bother with WiFi. There are no antenna connectors, so it probably doesn't have a card installed and normal WiFi cards make terrible access points anyways.
If you want to use OPNsense, make sure the NICs are supported. If it has Realtek NICs, you will probably have to use a Linux based firewall.
I use Firefox with uBlock Origin and SponsorBlock. I never see any ads on youtube.
They should just cut off all service to the UK and show a message with the contact information for everyone that wants the back door.
You know not to trust that site with any more information. Once the alias is deleted, anything sent to it will result in a delivery failure and you won't get any more spam from anyone they sold that address to.
The more expensive it is, the more ads and spyware it will have.
