The 14th amendment didn't stop him from running again, I fail to see what the 22nd amendment would do.
Generations of propaganda that "Republican = good economy" is my guess.
I'm a huge fan of Crystal Clear and think it's a brilliant romhack. Renegade Platinum is fun too if you just want to play an improved, harder version of Platinum.
