Diabetes is like the 2nd/3rd most deadly condition statistically.

If you go by that logic anything gives you diabetes from the carbs if you eat enough of it.

Isn't it true though?

Rice, pasta anything mostly carbs can contribute to it if eaten in excess

Actually the Indian Gir Lion does live in jungle/forest. As for the history of the word, the present meaning (forest) might've been used for longer by now (in India) than the old meaning.

And funnily enough, the Hindi word "sher" can mean either lion or tiger, although they do have a specific word for tiger, "bagh". And we do have the same title/phrase in Hindi which could mean either lion or tiger is the king of the jungle. I personally never thought it was the tiger because when I was a child, the Lion King had already been released.

I don't know which machine learning textbook it was, but in the first few pages of it, the author warns about the stupidity and dangers of this exact same thing 🤷‍♂️

And when copy-pasting didn't work, those who dared to rise above and understand it, became better. Same with AI, those of the new generation who see through the slop will learn. It's the same as it has always been. Software engineering is more accessible than ever, say what you will about the current landscape of software engineering but that fact remains undeniable.

It does "feel" like that to me. Some days it helps me do my job better, some days it takes an hour between deciding to brush my teeth and actually doing it.

I think they use up too much space. I primarily use laptops with limited SSD storage and using flatpak has come back to bite me a couple of times.

It's not very gory compared to his (Junji Ito's) other works but man, the psychological horror is what does it for me
