Are you using each state's minimum wage or the federal minimum wage?
We must have very different cooking styles. When I think of main ingredients I think of types of meat, carbohydrates like chickpeas or rice, or vegetables, which are never not at grocery stores. What is the main ingredient that your store stopped carrying?
