Sorry, the other solution worked so I don't investigate more with Openrgb

Look like Openrgb doesn't recognise my Laptop Keyboard.

I don't know a distribution which work better on VM but for an old Windows user, I recommand Linux Mint. Close to windows GUI and really easy to use!

I don't understand, I have multiple monitors with different size and it work well.
