I just read this semi-autobiographical Jo Walton novel called Among Others that was written as a love letter to finding books through other books - you get the title of every book the sci-fi obsessed main character reads over the course of like 1979-1980.

I know that's what drives me crazy too. As opposed to a lot of harmful conservative policies that are clearly motivated by a desire to look out for the interests of the wealthy or pander to xenophobes, the anti-vaxx stuff is just pure contagious madness.

The thing that's tougher to shrug off is that he now has a rotating list of countries where depending on who's in power he cannot visit without being arrested.
