He didn't answer the question though. Anyone can write the wire, but to truly see it? Now that's something else.

Yeah, to balance I sometimes check /r/conservative these days. They're obviously full blown MAGA but boy are they not regretting a thing.

And if you look at approval ratings he's doing pretty fucking well

By the numbers: 53% of Americans approve of Trump so far, according to a newly released CBS News/YouGov poll conducted Feb. 5 to 7, while 47% disapproved.

What might be the nearest solution to a nuclear reactor design they doesn't go over budget, doesn't get delayed decades, and doesn't produce radioactive waste for which we don't have a final storage solution anywhere* on the entire planet?

*I didn't recently check if the storage in Finland is up an running yet.

For some reason these make me so sad. What happened after the Christmas truce? They went back to senseless slaughter.

They met, they laughed, they sang and shared, they saw each other's humanity. And then they went straight back to murdering eachother. Given the insanity and absurdity of that, what hope is there for our species?

Yeah the meme is just trying to be superior edgy. We live in an old duplex and no, my landlord won't let me run networking through the walls and ceiling. I tried cabled network over electricity sockets and it's worse than a good wireless connection.

I wish the Scandinavian trains weren't so sought after. Or rather I wish they'd have more capacity, it's great that people want to use them!

You put the CO2 in this bad boy, you put the CO2 in the drink and bottoms up we save the planet! Why is big soda trying to ruin the planet??

Like OneDrive for Windows or iCloud on MacOS. So files only her downloaded when needed and you can specify directories/files to be available offline.

Needs to integrate into nautilus context menu with the option to get a shareable link through that. Though I'm open to switching my file manager. Nextcloud can do it but the feature is experimental and every time I restart it just syncs everything again.

Gnome online accounts doesn't let you specify folders to be available offline. Onedriver is the same and I'd like to stop paying MS money. Plus neither integrate into nautilus' context menu.

It's the one thing I really miss from win 11. Basically all folders I worked were synced and for a secondary backup I synced OneDrive to a NAS. My Cloud Storage is bigger than the available space on my machine. I could do insync with selective sync, it nautilus integration as well. But that's just not as elegant as smart/on demand sync, having everything available in your file manager when you need it.
