They are trying for a third time with a bit of better PR but the bones of the de are the same: ukraine must surrender.
US keep hoping ukraine capabilities are degraded enough and they are working to ensure that ukraine doesn't get enough of anything. So in 1-2 years ukraine will have to accept this deal or worse.
Poor Germans suffer all that bad reputation for it but they really didn't want to do it and they are sorry. It was Ukrainians and Poles who did the dirty job. Germans were just in bad place at bad time.
