Yeah since Cadbury were bought out by that megacorp they started sneakily changing the recipe despite saying they wouldn't. Seems like Mars are doing the same since my Snickers recently have had a weird taste to them.
I'm starting to move to only the smaller chocolate brands like Montezuma's and Tony's, more expensive but actually taste nice!
From the video a good tell is having a metal basin, also the waves in the liquid when turned on should be grid like rather than wavey waves, finally put some tin foil in and it should come out with wee little holes in... YMMV I guess
