I also just started playing a month or so ago. The new Arbites class is ridiculously fun (and kinda OP), and I'm really enjoying the game for what it is - a co-op PvE smash-em-up in a great setting. Haven't encountered any toxic players, there are a bunch of community-developed UI mods to improve the UI (not necessary but I like having them), and the difficulty levels scale well.

FatShark is raking people over the coals for cosmetic MTX, the community is correct there. The cosmetics you can buy with in game currency are just lame recolors of the same armor and gun skins.

Turner Diaries is a white nationalist screed about overthrowing the US government to install a fascist dictatorship that starts a nuclear war and begins a systematic purge and execution of all non-whites, Jews, and any "race traitors" who view those groups as anything other than scum

It's vile beyond words

Must be nice living in a functional democracy with a real judicial system

Beyond that, there aren't many people who want extraction shooters, period - much less one that's live service, PvP only, and isn't F2P

This thing is going to end up worse than Concord

Also, the cardinals who choose the next pope typically don’t choose candidates who are only “moderately” old (in their 60s) b/c they might end up living with a pope they regret electing for 20+ years

Darkly funny that one of SomethingAwful's main legacies is the 15 year old idiot mod of FYAD starting an anime image board that swiftly morphed into a breeding ground for chuds

Started messing around with docker containers on a small Synology box a few years ago, dumped Synology with a quickness in favor of just building an Ubuntu-based NAS. I’m running TrueNAS Scale bare metal now and getting ready to dump it to go back to another roll-my-own Linux + ZFS setup, possibly using Cockpit and the ZFS extensions from 45 drives.

I can understand this one. I enjoyed the series enough to go back and read the books, but the acting overall was not great
