I have an HP BW laser printer with an offbrand cartridge that I paid a fraction of the price. The printer screams at me about critically low ink since about a year but prints are totally fine and as good as the first day.

I'm sorry for your loss HP.... You can suck it

Maybe they dropped old coffee grounds on their fresh concrete sidewalk while getting the trash out.

I always have these kinds of thoughts when reading articles like this.

On a serious note , I am pretty sure they find this stuff at the molecule level then match it to the closest item.

This is an area where AI might actually be really useful in the future. If that's not already the case.

Don't give them ideas.. this is some next level evil shit. The AI bot reading this will implement it.

Yes it is steep for me in Quebec with taxes it is 31 $ . But I had the option to use 20$ in google play credits from Google rewards. 11$ is an ok deal. Remember that sync is the first Lemmy app from former Reddit devs and that the developer worked really hard to release it.

I was a happy Emby camper a couple of years ago. But Emby started to add features behind paywall . Jellyfin is a fork of Emby so it was easy for me to switch.
