Like I said, you have some very serious problems with reading comprehension. None of what you posted here is defending Biden at all.
It's "whataboutism" to make it look like a Republican genocide is worse than a Democrat genocide. Instead of calling a spade a spade, when the spade is painted red it's now somehow worse.
